Oral Presentation
Upload your presentation
Presenters should have received a link to upload their presentation slides. If you have not received, it contact us at info@calphad2026.org. We strongly recommend uploading your presentation in advance, however if you are unable to do so, bring your presentation on a USB memory stick and submit to the room staff at least 15 min before your session starts.
Presentation timing
Please ensure your presentation fits your assigned time slot:
- Oral presentation: 17 minutes + 3 minutes Q&A
Strictly follow the allotted time. Aim for a presentation that is concise, clear, and easy to understand.
Slide format and technical requirements
- Prepare your slides in MS PowerPoint ideally or in PDF (English only).
- If you use non-standard fonts (i.e., fonts not included with Windows Office 2016), embed them in the file or provide the font files separately.
- If your presentation includes animations or videos, bring any related media files in addition to the main PowerPoint file.
- The use of the template is not mandatory but recommended.
Recording, distribution, and rights
Recording, copying, or sharing any presentation is strictly prohibited for legal reasons, including copyright and portrait rights. CALPHAD 2025 may take legal action in the event of a violation.
