Registration is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. An administrative fee of 50 USD will be charged to modify an existing registration. No modifications will be accepted after April 1st, 2026. This does not include cancellation.

Participants who wish to take advantage of the conference rate for accommodation (maximum 2 days before and 2 days after | June 5-6 & June 12-13) can submit a request by writing to: info@calphad2026.org, indicating their first and last names and order number, no later than April 7, 2026. Additional nights are at the participants’ expense and will be charged at check-in at the hotel.

For environmental considerations, th e complete program will be distributed in PDF format. If desired, a printed copy is available at an extra cost of 15 USD.

Please note that there will be no formal breakfasts included. Pastries and coffee will be served in the conference centre each morning before the start of the first session.

There will be no on-site registration.

Scholarships for Students

Scholarships will be available for students who will attend CALPHAD 2026. More information here.

  • Three accompanying persons’ tours (extra options may be offered at an additional cost).

Conference excursion and dinner | June 10th 2026

During this unique activity, participants will have the opportunity to visit Wendake (located 30 minutes from Quebec City) to learn more about Canadian First Nations culture. In the afternoon, they will be invited to choose between two activities, one more active, the other less so:

Afterwards, all participants will be invited to the Sagamité restaurant for a traditional cocktail (including a drink and two bites), followed by a three-course meal featuring traditional First Nations cuisine.

Finally, after this delicious meal, they will be invited to participate to take a look at Myths & Legends at Onhwa Lumina and walk the path to the Onhwa Lumina at night.

Award Banquet on St-Lawrence River | June 11th 2026

Participants can enjoy a 3.5-hour cruise on the St. Lawrence River with a visit to breathtaking sites such as Montmorency Falls and Ile d’Orléans while enjoying a three-course meal. A unique panoramic view of Quebec City.
