Oral PresentationPoster Presentation

Poster Presentation:

General guidelines

  • Prepare your poster in advance and mount it on your assigned board for the full duration of your scheduled session.
  • If you are unable to present due to an emergency, notify the CALPHAD 2026 Organization as soon as possible: info@calphad2026.org
  • Be present at your poster during your assigned presentation time.
  • Remove your poster at the designated time. The Secretariat is not responsible for posters left after the session; any unremoved posters may be discarded.
  • Poster layout is flexible, but it must clearly include the title, author(s), and affiliation(s) and must fit within the assigned space.
  • Use text and figures that are easily readable from approximately 1 meter away (bold, sufficiently large fonts, clear graphics).

Poster board specifications

  • Poster should be approximately A0 portrait format (W 84.4 cm × H 118.9 cm). Template available for reference. Content and color scheme is the presenter’s choice.
  • Ensure charts, graphs, and illustrations remain legible from at least 1 meter.
  • Basic mounting supplies will be available at the poster session venue.

Copyright and recording policy

Recording, copying, or sharing posters or other presentations is strictly prohibited for legal reasons, including copyright and portrait rights. CALPHAD 2026 may take legal action in the event of a violation.
