Entry to Canada and access to the conference venue:

There are many ways to enter Canada. Many major hubs in north American have direct flights to Jean-Lesage International Airport such as: Dallas, Newark/JFK, Philadelphia, Chicago, Paris, Toronto, Vancouver, Paris, etc.

1. From Jean-Lesage International Airport (YQB) to the Convention Center

A 20-minute drive from the Jean-Lesage International Airport. We recommend taking a taxi from the airport. | To take a taxi | To rent a car

To get there by bus | Take RTC bus 80 from the airport (Aérogare bus stop) to Place Jacques-Cartier (Dorchester bus stop). Estimated time: 55 minutes.

From Place Jacques-Cartier, walk 20 minutes or transfer to another local bus, such as route 3, 28, 800 or 801 (one of the many local routes headed toward Place d’Youville) to reach the Québec Convention Center. The center is a short walk from Place d’Youville or the Saint-Roch district. Estimated

2. From Montréal-Trudeau International Airport (YUL) to Convention Center

A three-hour drive from Montréal-Trudeau International Airport. | To rent a car |

To get there by bus | The 747 bus line runs 24/7 between YUL and downtown Montréal. The line runs between the ‘’Gare d’autocars de Montréal’’ Bus Station (located at the Berri-UQAM metro station) and YUL and makes 11 stops, including one at the Lionel-Groulx metro station. The trip takes 60 minutes.

Once you arrive at the downtown Montréal bus station, take the bus to downtown Québec City**. This trip takes three hours and fifteen minutes.

Please note that no shuttle will be provided (to the Convention center or the hotel).

Visa application

A valid passport and a Canadian visa are mandatory for entry to Canada. For more information, visit the IRCC website. If in doubt, please contact respective embassy in your country to inquire about the requisite documentation for visa issuance. It is strongly advised to initiate the visa application process at least three months before your departure to Canada, as the processing time may vary.

The secretariat will issue official invitation letters upon request. These invitations are intended to assist prospective attendees in securing funding or acquiring visas. It is important to note that such invitations do not constitute a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide financial support.
